Nice camping lots for RV, trailers and tents. Level sites.
Camp host is on site.
Great location - up on a hill, looking down on a broad vista. Nothing fancy at all, but a really nice campground.
Showers and bathroom were very clean.
Neat campground, great hiking, just watch out for rattlesnakes! I almost stepped on one at dusk coming back from bathroom right on path!
Nice sites with fantastic views. Helpful and friendly staff and hosts. New restrooms. Spring canyon s.p.which is an auxillsry park has limited hours which is sad as it has great picnic sites and trail. Closed Mon. And Tues. And after4.
There are rock lined paths across the base of the mountain. Can rockhound for a variety of minerals.
Ranger's drive through the park several times a day making sure everything is good.
Water and electric on some lots. Some pull thru's. Park dump.
Beautiful views. Park is backed up to mountains.
Highly recommended.
This park is beautiful with incredible sunsets and great rock hounding area. Plenty of Jasper and we even found some chalcedony right at our campsite. Nice showers and hosts and a nice little visitor center. It's usually pretty full but still nice and quiet at night.
No nearby traffic makes it a relaxing visit, nice and quiet at night.
