Every single time I been to this place it's always the same great, fast and quality service. The chicken tastes great!
Otherwise, food is good. I use drive thru only now, 2 to 3 times a month minimum.
Often run out of white meat in evening.
Staff is nice but they often are out of certain types of food including chicken
I really liked the food here. Even though it was during a busy time. The food came out fast. The employee's are courteous. I would have given this place a 5 star rating, however it is dirty in the lobby and restrooms.
Homeless often allowed to panhandle inside.
More than once we go here and ugh can it be a hassle. We have had our orders taken wrong. Bad mixing of the ingredients onto the chicken. Non existent service at times. Pretty much everything. When they are on their game, they are great! Otherwise, well, it's just kind of there and always double check everything.
