Rented a place through these folks. It took 3 phone calls to get my deposit back and I was charged a cleaning fee that no one seemed to know why, who did the cleaning or why it was done (the place was cleaner when I left than when I moved in) or who asked for it to be cleaned. So, be fore-warned that you will end up paying more for rent than you anticipated and may have to aggressively pursue the return of your security deposit. I am very disappointed in these folks seeming to be so kind, cooperative and helpful only to now feel like I was stabbed in the back!
