My husband Eddie and I were both very satisfied with O.D. Brian Petracca. He was very pleasant, thorough, and caring. He made us feel very comfortable.
Expertise is very good. Facilities are modern. On the day of my appointment, I was there over 3 hours! After checking in, I waited over an hour before I saw anyone. Did a prelim exam with an assistant/trainee & had eyes dilated (30-40 minutes). Waited another hour to see main physician. Doctor did a thorough exam, it took 30 minutes. My appointment was at 12:40 pm. I was 5 minutes early. I left the office a few minutes before 4 pm.
I absolutely loved it!! All the. staff were very friendly & carrying really made me feel like if my opinion really mattered!! Also i really loved all the different lenses but i would defiantly tell others to go to Southwestern Eye center!! Thank u for make this such a great time for myself!!
Dr was excellent very friendly and professional. Staff was great as well. Thanks wait time was a little long but it was due to computer issues.
