I was a happy customer with Big O Tire in the Deming location for the past 3 yrs. until now and have bought 2 sets of tires from this location. However today I had my car taken in for an alignment check, Big O had done an alignment not even 3,000 miles prior on my car that had tires on it that were not even 1-1/2 MO old. We noticed a tire was bleeding air so we decided to get it repaired at our local place down in Columbus NM but the tire place noted that the tire was bleeding because of them being worn out to the wire. So I obviously bought the car new tires not at Big O, however I did call them to let them know about the incident, I assuming something had gone wrong at the time of alignment. I wasn't even upset I had lost a set of tires. All I wanted from them was to fix my alignment and make things right. I obviously knew this could go two ways, blame the customer for the issue or they fix it. They claimed the car had been hit, or involved in an accident or that it had gotten a large pothole which in return the alignment thrown off. Which none of the above had happen. I do have to mentioned that at the time of the initial alignment repair they had told me they needed parts replaced before completing the alignment which I agreed for them to repair and proceed. Which later claimed a never mind no parts only one part needed to be replaced. they showed me the paper work of when the alignment was done that the car left from the big o facility with a good alignment, this doesn't mean that the alignment couldn't of been thrown off because of a poor service. For those of you who know me, know that I like to do things right always zero shortcuts.... Anyway long story short I'm very dissatisfied with their service that cost me not only a new pair of tires but another alignment which I will be taking my car and money elsewhere. It deeply saddens me to write this review, but customer service is the KEY to any business. I don't play pointing, when I know that they car was not involved in an accident nor mistreated in anyway. there was no reasonable answer from Big O Tire to me of why I should pay them again for the alignment nor of why my alignment was off other than blaming me for the issue.
Had low tire pressure. They inflated tires and rotated them. Fast service. Friendly people.
