The sales experience was excellent! After that, they could really care less. I've left messages with no return call. It's been over 2 months and my car still isn't fixed! Not to mention, every time I take it in, THEY damage it and then it needs repairs again. I wanted to purchase locally to support Deming - that doesn't seem to matter.
